Terms & Conditions

Membership: UPBA membership provides access to member benefits and eligibility to participate in UPBA opportunities at participating shows, subject to applicable UPBA rules, event requirements, and eligibility requirements.

 

Membership Fee: Membership is $50 per year. Membership benefits and participation opportunities are subject to the terms in effect during the applicable membership period.

 

Event Participation: Membership does not guarantee entry into, availability of, or winnings from any particular event or side pot. Participating shows may have their own entry fees, rules, schedules, eligibility requirements, deadlines, and other conditions.

 

Competition Rules: Members participating in UPBA competitions agree to follow all published UPBA competition rules and applicable rules of the host event or facility. Official competition and payout rules will govern results, eligibility, and payouts.

 

Conduct: UPBA reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership or participation privileges for fraud, abuse, unsportsmanlike conduct, violation of competition rules, or conduct that materially disrupts UPBA events or operations.

 

Membership Information: Members are responsible for providing accurate and current registration information.

 

Changes: UPBA may update its membership benefits, competition rules, schedules, participating events, and these terms as the organization develops. Material changes will be communicated when appropriate.
